Create Work Request

myFLO provides the functionality for your clients to be able to submit their own work requests directly into myFLO through their Client Portal. This not only ensures there are no data entry errors on your side, but it also reduces the amount of work that your administration staff have to do, whilst at the same time giving your clients the ability to submit work requests at their convenience.

Once the client has submitted the work request, the administration staff will be notified through the administration system, and will be able to book, allocate and release the job within minutes of it being submitted by the client.
